The History of Polish Revolutions by French writer and historian Pierre-François Guyot Desfontaines (1685–1749) provides a detailed account of the history of Poland and the Polish Lithuanian Commonwealth from the 6th century to 1733. The book includes a portrait of the King of Poland and Grand Duke of Lithuania Stanisław Leszczyński.
