Title in English: Decrees of the Most Illustrious and Powerful Prince, Sovereign Sigismund, King of Sweden and Poland, etc. Also of the sovereigns, senators, nobles, and members of the Estates of the renowned Kingdom of Poland and the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, etc. To the Most Glorious Sovereign, King Charles of the Kingdom of Sweden, etc., the First of the Heirs and Ruler, the Sovereign of Södermanland, etc., and to the lords, advisors, and government of his kingdom. These [decrees] were conveyed through Swedish envoys, the distinguished, great, and noble lords—Erik Brahe, the governor of Visingsborg, and Arvid Gustav Buchzholm: as well as through the Polish intermediaries Stanislav Dzialinski, Castellan of Elbing, Stanislav Czykowski, Chamberlain of the Krakow Province, and Nikolaj Sapiega, Royal Secretary. And the response given by the aforementioned King Charles to the senators and members of the Riksdag of the Kingdom of Sweden, as well as to those same Polish intermediaries, to which is appended an apology for the Suderkop decree, etc.

Orders of the Most Noble and Powerful Duke, Ruler Sigismund, King of Sweden, Poland, etc… is a collection of orders given by the King of Poland, Grand Duke of Lithuania and King of Sweden Sigismund Vasa to the regent (from1594) and future ruler of Sweden Charles IX and his advisors.
